We are so thankful to have Import Specialists to take our import vehicles to for service. Always get the best customer service and service to our vehicles. Great option so we are not gouged taking to direct dealership on our import cars to have serviced. Been using Import Specialists for 7 yrs and have taken 3 Mercedes and 1 Porsche. Horrible! I took my wife's Volkswagen Touareg here for some electrical issues we were having. We were dealing with a bad battery drain and the car would not crank. They had the car for over 2 MONTHS! over that time I had to call them well over 10 times just to get updates as they would never reach out to me. They finally after weeks told me that the PCU needed replaced and I approved the replacement of it. Few weeks later I reach out again and they said that now there are other electrical problems which resulted in the coils... read more

Took my wife's Volvo in for what I thought was a grinding wheel bearing noise. Left car all day a d went back next morning . They told me it was the dust shield behind the rotor rubbing and the mechanic moved it away. When my wife drove car home, she said the sound was worse. I took car on a trailer to Kansas city Volvo dealership and stayed overnight. Next morning we picked up car. Mechanic said the motor mount broke and was rubbing causing the grinding noise.. Surprise, no more noise. So I wasted a $150.00 at Import Specia... read more

Upon further inspection, i ... read more

!!!DONT EVER LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I had a bmw x5 that had oil valve stems leaking took it here they told me it was a 8,000 job and will take a week. They ended up having my car 6 months and I called so many times they just gave me the run around. When vehicle was done they approved additional charges without my consent and fixed more repairs and tried to charge me. Owner was VERY RUDE and disrespectful I had to threaten to take legal action. It was the worst experience and plus my car still has issues so I don’t know what ... read more
