2012 bmw x5 35i- a few years ago the owner did my oil filter housing and idler pulley. He wrote on his receipt that he cleaned up the oil spilled as well. My car was running rough after that, and the owner told me I just needed new rotors. I purchased new rotors and the sensation didn’t go away. I called and asked the shop to inspect my car and the owners wife who answered the phone accused me of lying about my car shaking, told me she was mad at me for buying rotors elsewhere, and refused to let me speak to my mechanic. Highly recommend. I took my 1999 Land Rover to them with a major oil leak, turned out that it had many major oil leaks. With their "can do" attitude, the Rover is back on the road getting looks again! Excellent customer service and communication!
