They don’t know as much as they claim
Terrible shop. They charged me thousands to make my car worse. I brought my Infiniti Q60 in to have work done. They replaced the mass air flow sensors. This didn’t fix the issue. Next they replaced the 0-2 sensors. They were right to do so but this didn’t fix the problem because they used aftermarket parts. I ended up having to drive my car in limp mode to the dealership. They don’t make them like this anymore. Good people and good mechanics. Price was way below what I expected and I even received a military discount. Thank you so much! You now have a dedicated customer!
Mechanics are polite and respectful, they had my car for about 3 months and they were able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately in between dropping off and picking up my vehicle there was a slight communication issue. Theres no answering machine and the mechanics “aren’t paid to answer phones”. So it definitely felt like my calls were being dodged
