Had the AC fixed on my sons truck. They had to take off the whole dash board including steering wheel, stereo etc. After getting our truck back not even a week and a half later and the touch screen stereo stops working. We take it back and tell them it stopped working and they tell us it's not their problem because it was working when we left. Where to start, Troy and the rest of the staff are the embodiment of professionalism and small town hospitality. I broke down just outside of Hays on my way from Ft Riley to Denver. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, everything from helping coordinate a rental car, tow and even giving me a ride and helping me with my bags at a hotel for the night.
