Import Motor Werks is a local, friends and family run business. We were established in Cary in 2007 and have been fortunate enough to work with an amazing group of people - from our mechanics to our great Service Advisors to our support staff. We specialize on European and Asian vehicles and strive to be a dealership alternative to those clients that prefer a smaller, more personal experience. We want new clients to enter our shop and leave as satisfied friends.

I was incredibly happy with their friendly & accomodatig customer service. They are very reasonably priced & not only washed my car but vacuumed & cleaned the inside as well as a complimentary service!!! I am already recommending them.

A great services. They called me all the time to communicate the status of my car. They fixed the problem of my car very fast at a great price.
1st time customer - had them take a look at my Audi TT and help out with a minor electrical issue. Really appreciated the way they communicated with me and the great customer service. Will certainly be back if I ever need it worked on again!
The team at IMW continues to provide excellent service and has lived up to past recommendations. Details of the problems with the car were very well explained and the service was prompt as usual. The loaner was convenient and my car is now running like a dream. Thanks to Michael and Sean for the service this week!

I just bought my 2003 BMW 325i E46 a few months ago. They have been so helpful with getting things fixed to optimal levels! They are very understanding and will work with you to get the repairs done the front door staff is always friendly when I walk in, they know your name! Mike the service manager always stays in contact with any new information! I will always return even if I move an hour away! They are an awesome group of people and make sure you leave happy! Thanks for everything IMW team!
Update: New car service As always the work is excellent. I brought my new C300 in for its one year anniversary service. Jake and Michael made sure everything was in perfect working order. The pleasing part was the significant cost savings over the dealership. IMW will always be my go to service company for all my work. Thanks again for a great job.
