We were established in Cary in 2007 and have been fortunate enough to work with an amazing group of people - from our mechanics to our great Service Advisors to our support staff. We specialize on European and Asian vehicles and strive to be a dealership alternative to those clients that prefer a smaller, more personal experience. We want new clients to enter our shop and leave as satisfied friends.

They will thoroughly explain the work estimate then keep you informed as the work proceeds so there are no surprises. Plus you will learn what the techs discover or observe — good or not-so-good — for future maintenance and service.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent service and always a lower cost alternative to the dealer.
Michael and the staff at IMW are top notch and treat my car with the same care I do. Michael is always prompt to respond to my questions and requests and I never leave feeling dissatisfied. IMW is my go to for all of my car work now that I live in the area.
The one place that I am relaxed about leaving my vehicles! Import Motor Werks always does a terrific job on my vehicles - whether it is something as simple as getting an oil change and overall inspection on my latest vehicle or a bit more complicated like changing the poorly designed stock rotors on my previous truck to some that completely eliminated the "braking judder." Thanks for the smooth and easy experience on the tire installation, IAW. All staff and points of contact were respectful and helpful, no matter how details-obsessed my inquiries were. Car was returned better than it was dropped off, and it's nice to see folks who are actually enthusiastic about cars.
Awesome staff. Very professional and people friendly. Did an amazing job on my 2013 bmw 335i. Tune/air intake/exhaust. Made a huge difference in performance!!!
