Very professional service – We needed two windshields replaced at the same time (a Volvo XC90 and a Subaru Outback) and went on-line for some quotes. These guys replied with a firm price within half an hour, and were very polite during the clarification phase (thanks Tim) and had the best price of all we could find at that time.
