Over $14,000 in repairs, and my Range Rover ultimately left needing an engine replacement. I brought the vehicle to Import Autohaus for a check-engine light and diagnosis. Their own repair order clearly states: “CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. PLEASE PERFORM DIAGNOSIS AND ADVISE.” Despite their own documentation, Import Autohaus continues to claim that I brought the vehicle to them for timing-chain work. I did not. I bought an older Jaguar for my birthday and found out within a few days it needed some work. I had it taken up to Import Autohaus and Tony was able to find parts to get it going. It took a few days but worth the wait as parts for a 29 year old car are tough to find. They will be servicing my car when needed..
Came In for Diagnostics and Repairs. Left Undrivable. After over 3 months at Import Autohaus and approximately $14,000 in timing-chain and injector work, my Range Rover’s check-engine light and misfires remained unresolved. After being told several times my vehicle was ready, I would arrive to find the check-engine light still on.
