Went here after BMW of Nashville tried to quote me even more for less work and guesses about what "might" be wrong. They were very straightforward about my cars issues, gave me an item by item estimate (which I appreciated since it helps me stay organized), and worked on it as quickly as possible. I appreciated them a lot and will be back for any future work I need done.
This happened in 2023 and the situation was remedied quickly by a refund!! I went in for an oil change and i believe a brake pad service. Lanthan gives me a call and tells me my tires cant be removed because there are lug locks on the front 2 tires. I tell him that the “key” is in the glove compartment. He calls me back and tells me that it isnt in there and that it would be an additional cost ($200) to remove the bolts since I didnt have the key accessible to them. This places is awesome they did an amazing job on getting my BMW back running!! They keep u up to date while they are working on your car. This is where I be taking my cars now!! They ROCK!!
