This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop! They got me in last minute when the original place fell thru due to not showing up. Kept me updated every step of the way and completed my service earlier than expected. Great prices and super nice people! Ray was who I worked with and he was the best. I will definitely be going back for all work on my vehicle.
I have taken my car here twice and received great service. Diagnosis was quick, things that needed repaired were explained to me thoroughly and the price was fair. I recommend this company, especially if you have a foreign car. Thanks for taking care of us.
Good work, reasonable price, and Ray kept me aware of any issues or concerns as the car was being completed. The shop tuned my vehicle to stage 2. Sounds and runs great!
Ray at import auto works is truly the best is the business. He has worked repetitively on my Volkswagen and explained every step to me and never pushed me into a service I didn’t need, which I truly value in this field. He even did a service on the house when my car needed something more than what we agreed to. I am a loyal customer here! Highly recommend.
I really like the work, and the professionalism of the people and the team at Import Auto Works. They are honest and explain every details that needs to be done and what can be postpone. The service is amazing. I’m glad I searched around and found them. I live in KY but well worth the drive to Clarksville, having a piece of mind knowing my Benz was well taking care of. Thank you Ray for always helping me.
