They've had our car for six weeks, with no communication, unless we've called them. Everytime we call, we get told "we're getting to it today or tomorrow, and will call you when it's done." SIX WEEKS LATER and it's still not done! Seriously??? Even if you had to order parts from an overseas manufacturer, and they were sent by boat to the US, and then sent by wagon train to Colorado, it shouldn't take six weeks to fix a car! This is ridiculous!
