Customer service is absolutly terrible. Especially David, if thats his real name so very unprofessional, BEYOND RUDE!!!!!!!!! They make you feel like a terrible person. They laugh at you. This company should never be allowed to be in service. Said they mailed a certified letter on Tuesday yet it was towed Monday. They rack up the bill, they lie!!! Better Business Bearu will know about this and watch for damage on your vechicle.
Yeah, 3.5 stars is about right. Worst of both private sale and dealer. I had to replace the thermostat and brake pads within a month of ownership, no warranty of any sort really. Treat it like a private party sale (give it a thorough look over) and be ready to deal with a dealer.
They gave me a good deal.
David truly understands costumer service and was honest about every before hand. Bought a 2003 Passat from them and have put 2k miles on it in the past month and it has been treating me well. Great deal for a used car
