Patrick and his service team are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They have technology that allows them to diagnose issues with newer Volvos that other service stations may not be able to understand or may miss. They also have a comfy waiting room where you can get work done while you wait for your car to be serviced. I highly recommend you entrust them to service your vehicle next time the need arises.

I brought my BMW in to get a tire leak patched and also to get the dashboard looked at because a host of lights were coming on. They told me they did a ‘thorough inspection’ and found the cause of the dashboard lights to be an issue with my brakes master cylinder. The cost to fix was astronomical. I then brought it to my dealership to get their opinion; they had it all day, ran every single diagnosis and test, and found the car to be 100% fine and safe to drive. First time bringing my Volvo in for service and it won’t be my last. One of the best parts of my experience was the level of communication from the service department. They were actually calling me with status updates. Nice place and very convenient location. Met the owner and he was very customer focused. Refreshing!
I purchased my 2008 Porsche Boxster one year ago and still enjoying it. I drove down from central Mass and the car was exactly as advertised. Patrick was extremely helpful with the purchasing process and registering of my car in Massachusetts. I would highly recommend this dealership.
