Quick response but couldnt finance due to me being out of state
Went to look at this Toyota. No one ever came out to talk to us. Waited around for 20 minutes.
I was lied to about the vehicle being in a previous accident. We drove 2 hours for nothing. Nothing was said about vehicle being in accident until signing papers and they wrote Vehicle has been in accident. Only then did they bring out pictures of damage after much questioning. Title was clean, carfax was clean with no accidents. And yet they said they bought it from insurance at auction. I asked for pictures and I called them several time and no response.

Just had a phone conversation with dealer, but was very helpful and pleasant.
I called several times about a Sienna to find out if it was still in stock and if it was a salvage title or not because the price was exceptionally low. nobody has returned my call.
Haven't visited lot yet, but got a quick response to email.
