Not the best experience Brought in my import to their shop when i first got it. They almost always require dropping the car off. Thankfully, they're by the #2 bus line. Oil change, tire mounting and regular inspection was done there. They missed a few alert points on the car. Namely, corroded rotors and cracked belts due to age. They didn't catch things that did need to be done on the car.

Decent Price, good work, however raised price They quoted a price for a timing belt job. Then raised the price after I had it towed to their shop. They said, I could take it somewhere else if I wasn't happy with the increase. I had already paid for the tow. Other than this they did do a good job and the increased price was still reasonable.
Recommended Local Auto Repair Shop I first went to Import Auto 3 years ago and have had them do numerous repairs on my various vehicles; Honda, VW, and Audi. I trust their opinion and overall I feel I get good quality work. These guys can do anything and are generally pretty quick and are decent about calling if things will take longer. I did have one experience where they didn't tighten the axle nut after doing a CV/half shaft replacement. Most expensive quote in town After calling 15 places in the Madison area, their quote came in at more than double the price of some other places. I didn't acutally have work done here... so I can't vouch for the quality of their work.
THANKS! I LOVE these guys, they very nicely checked out my car at NO charge when it turned out that it was nothing i had done wrong with it... overall they are very laid back and friendly. Prices are good and service is QUICK!
Decent Place for regular maintenance This is a decent place for your regular maintenance. While they are not express fast as many of the chain stores are (not necessarily a good thing), they do make up for that in their thorough work. They also use your choice of oil and filter. Some time there can be a long wait to get an appointment as it is quite ppular with the students here.
