Excellent customer service. Misplaced parts of a product from SKLZ, emailed late Tuesday afternoon, Karen came to my rescue and I received the parts on Friday midday. (Only had to pay for the cost of shipping too - $20) Karen was amazing! Definitely deserves a raise as per what Tim mentioned
