After moving to the area I tried a class at Implicit Cycling and I knew right away I had found a fantastic place to cycle. I have been a member for a few months now and this studio has not let me down. The 45 minute classes are very well constructed & super challenging, the system using a personalized FTP & color zones allows you to really push yourself. Absolutely love Implicit Cycling! I have been spinning there for 2+ years! Such a motivating, fun workout! You have to try it out!
I had been wanting to try a spin class and after finding a groupon decided to check out Implicit. I love how the rides are designed to more closely emulate being on the road with hill climbs, endurance and sprints. Riding in the 5 different color zones makes it easy to follow along and I like that you are working based on your power outage at your personal fitness level. The instructors are all so helpful and motivating and the small class sizes allow you to build relationships with not only them but your fellow riders.
