Not sure what's changed with this office.. doesn't seem like there's a front desk anymore but his wife answering the phones but you guys will end up losing more patients if this is how business is handled.. I was willing to pay the high amount given and do whatever to be seen. I wish Carolina would have told me the first phone call that I was dismissed for no absolute reason when I haven't been there in over a year due to moving. Extremely professional experience. They changed my life
Dr. Rick Rasmussen and his staff are outstanding. Dr. Rick performed 3 tooth implants for me. His kind caring approach to working with patients and performing procedures was the best medical services I have experienced. I highly recommend Dr. Rick and staff.
