Amazing experience from start to finish. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the doctor truly made me feel heard and cared for. He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to listen to every concern. I was a little nervous having g the procedure done but the doctor made me feel very comfortable. Not sure what's changed with this office.. doesn't seem like there's a front desk anymore but his wife answering the phones but you guys will end up losing more patients if this is how business is handled.. I was willing to pay the high amount given and do whatever to be seen. I wish Carolina would have told me the first phone call that I was dismissed for no absolute reason when I haven't been there in over a year due to moving.
