Great service and staff.
I had two gum grafts performed by Dr. Easley. Two! They were both a success. Dr. Easley and her team were exceptionally professional and caring. I read online about how painful gum grafts could be, but honestly the most painful part of my experience was the numbing shot. After the first graft, and how surprised I was by the improvement and lack of pain, I had no problem getting a 2nd performed by Dr. Easley. I really appreciated the care and empathy that I received when being treated for a foreign object in my gums. I didn't have dental insurance, and THEY found a plan for me to help with the costs of the treatment. After my tooth extraction, they stayed in close contact to ensure that I recovered well.
If I could rate 10 stars I would! Every single interaction I had as part of my implant journey with this office was positive. From the friendly front desk folks, to the wonderful, kind technicians, to the clear straightforward explanation of the process, to the procedure itself- which wasn't even close to as awful as I imagined it would be. Just start my relationship with Dr Jon. Occasionally impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness with his explanations of treatment options and general concerns for me as a patient. I hate the dentist but left with a genuine feeling of this will be doable and not traumatic. That's huge for me as I won't look directly at a dentist office when I drive by one. Would recommend highly.
