Was quick & painless. Dr Dacy and his staff are all very friendly and do a fantastic job. The follow up call by Dr Dacy to make sure everything is OK is much appreciated.
The office staff was friendly & answered all my questions. Gave me excellent reminders all along. Dr. Ponsfordâs assistant made my husband I feel comfortable & answered a few questions. Iâm sorry I didnât get her name. Dr Ponsford was very friendly & very competent. Made sure I would had no pain and explained every step he was taking. I like to know what is happening. What a very pleasant experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile upon arrival. The friendly professionalism continued throughout my entire appointment. Dr. Dacy and his staff are very through throughout my examination and explanation of treatment options. Very impressed definitely would highly recommend Dr. Dacy and his staff!!!
Dr. Dacy was very friendly. He comforted me when I needed it. Put me right at ease. After surgery I had no swelling and no pain at all.
