I found the technicians to be very kind. The receptionist here are very rude. I was very disappointed in the way they treated me and the older man in front of me. It was a blonde woman now sure her name but I just think they need a little more training on how to deal with patients. Also the equipment is very outdated.
Today I had an appointment this center which I booked yesterday. From the morning I got cold and I felt sleep. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel and they called me for the booking reminder. I literally apologize for this incident and requested for the reschedule. But the lady from the center, I didn’t ask the name, she was very rude on her statement that why didn’t I called them to cancel the appointment after hearing my apologies. This is not a right way to serve the client. Please be careful about the conversation.
Always had very good experiences with this clinic. The front desk staff is welcoming and all the techs that I've had are great. I've had multiple imaging appointments here. Always get in very quickly when making an appointment and have never waited beyond my scheduled appointment time .
Will NEVER go back there. I have been there many times, and I always thought it was just me who was hard to ultrasound. I’ve gone there for multiple pregnancies and different stages and each time everytime I’ve been there, there was an issue with the images, and then I would go elsewhere and everything would be fine. One of my pregnancies I went there and my anatomy scan took over 2 hrs and they didn’t end up getting everything, and my doctor decided to send me to Toronto to see what was going and the tech had no problem. Everyone was great from reception to xray and ultrasound techs. They get busy but try to he efficienct and effective
