Booked both X-ray and ultrasound. I thought they told me my appointment was 2:10, the n X-ray at 2:30. I showed up at 2:10, waited for someone to come to the front deck for 12 min . When she finally arrived she said I was 22 minutes late for my appointment. I informed her about the time I was told , she said they canceled my appointment. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Well closes sharply at 4 ..then next day no X-ray tech .. interesting place
The receptionist is always rude...nothing personal or professional about her. I would rather go somewhere, where I am greeting with a smile and respect.
This place is terrible. I was outside waiting in the hall with the place not even open yet. Receptionist showed up late (after my appointment), went in and closed the door behind her not letting people in the hallway in. Incredibly rude and ignorant reception staff.
