I can't express enough how elated I am with the quality of the body work. And the owner's customer service makes you feel like a family member...a favorite one ;)
The entire experience was by far the best I have ever had. Julio took extreme care to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel like royalty. I appreciate having such personal care and attention to detail. The car looks great and repairs were made sooner than anticipated. Cannot say enough about how pleasant they made everything. Thank you so much to everyone - this is true customer service!!!

I just want to thank everyone at IMPEX for making my life stress free at this time. The people there are FAMILY. I did not know what or where I was going and when I got there. They greeted me like family. Hugs and all. I am all about family so, I felt just like home when I finally met Julio and his dad. I will bring and send business to them. My passenger window wouldn't close and it was going to rain the next day. I drove by this shop and just by chance pulled in. The owner Julio and Carlos came out and looked at my window. They fixed it right away even tho I didnt have an appointment. Very very nice guys and I was so amazed at their kindness. I will definitely be telling friends and family about this business! Its hard to find honest car repair shops these days and I was lucky enough to have pulled into their shop. THANK YOU!!
