Scam! I paid my application fee for a house I applied for I was texted at 930pm and asked questions about employment and previous landlord info then,for 2 weeks I hear nothing back. Purchased a property managed by Impero. They had left the tenants with appliances that didn't work and a run down property for the owners. The rent was way under market value with many of the units empty. I would never trust them to care for my tenants or manage my investment. The lack of integrity on their website says it all (they claim to have an A+ BBB rating).

Hello BBB, in answer to your question, Impero Property Management has never had any interaction with this individual, nor has this individual ever been a client of Impero Property Management. Apparently this individual purchased a property, using their own real estate agent, from an owner/client of ours, who was also represented by their own real estate agent. So far I'm pretty disappointed. Very difficult to get them to answer a question that isn't a canned response. I'm trying to rent and I need the company names to set up utilities (I've asked 4 times now). I'm new to the area and I'm finding they seem to know less than I do about the property. They don't know who handles trash or gas. The advice I received was to call "one of the companies" and they'll tell me. Hello, the tenant was provided with a form to complete prior to move in, in which she was to specify her utility account numbers. We have emails from the tenant over the past few days where she has been asking if we would switch accounts “into her name.” It was not apparent from her emails that she did not know which vendor to call. Be very careful of trying to rent any homes they manage. We submitted an application and paid $100 for processing. On their own form they state that no applications will be processed if they have earnest money which is required fir move in dates beyond 10 days. We wanted to move in within that time frame. They took our money put a hard inquiry on our credit report and then rejuected our application stating someone else had earnest money. If that was the case why did they process our application? Impero Property Management is the worst company to do business with. As tenants of one of their properties our experience was terrible. The company may only be in business because of there scheme to chip off everyone's security deposits. I would highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Nick B******* and Troy within Impero are two of the most unprofessional people.
