Great experience with this group of individuals definitely know their flowers.
I recently visited a new vape shop called Imperium Roots, curious to explore the variety of products they offer. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I walked in with a couple of family members and was met with an overly stern approach from the staff member, who appeared to be the manager. While I understand the need to check IDs as part of store policy, the way she handled the situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional.
