Bait and Switch. The Broker Jorge is known to get his properties under contract for a set rate and 1 week before closing he will jump the price to whatever he wants making excuses that the costs were moer than they were.. These people are dishoenst and do not care about anyone or anything but themselves and taking advantage of people. Bryanna Hernandez is rude, and her "showings" is basically rushing you through a house for 1 min and kicking you out. Bryanna Hernandez was rude and not helpful in addressing my questions and interest about a new construction fourplex that will be built soon in Pharr, TX with in the next few months. She refused to answer many questions I had about terms and options to obtain a 'Lot' and have a fourplex built. She also said that buyers agent only gets a 1% commission on the sale of the property, and that that is non-negotiable as well as the price of the listing. I am disappointed in the agent I spoke with, Bryanna Hernandez. She is rude, incompetent, and greedy. Bryanna said that her builders only pay 1% commission to the buyer. She also said she doesn't negotiate prices with anyone, her prices are FIRM.
