They didn't tell my parents to register the a/c unit or air handler so they only had 3 year limited warranty on them on a December 2020 install date. Otherwise it would have been 10 year warranty. Now it's early 2026 and the evaporator coil needs replacing costing them $4-6k for a new construction home. First time homebuyers. I've reached out to this company a few days and started getting ignored and no callbacks for my parents.

Bait and Switch. The Broker Jorge is known to get his properties under contract for a set rate and 1 week before closing he will jump the price to whatever he wants making excuses that the costs were moer than they were.. These people are dishoenst and do not care about anyone or anything but themselves and taking advantage of people. Bryanna Hernandez is rude, and her "showings" is basically rushing you through a house for 1 min and kicking you out.
