From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I was greeted very warmly by Ty-Rae and her twin sister (Ty-Ree) and they both made me feel very comfortable. The sisters do a great job since l have coming to their shop to get my Sisterlocks tightened. Not one time have l been disappointed or disrespected. I really appreciate the services they provide and the care that’s given to my hair. I am grateful that they are here to provide good hair care services to my Sisterlocks. I initially had a consultation and a good first impression -the salon was clean and both locticians were professional at that time. However, the scheduling experience has been inconsistent. After canceling my first appointment a week in advance, I experienced difficulty getting rebooked and received unclear communication.
