Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. Every appointment I booked was either rescheduled or pushed back, and I was never asked to confirm the change — they would update the appointment first and notify me afterward. I came in for sisterlocs, and by the end of the day only half of my hair had been completed. They then demanded full payment, which I was not comfortable with since the service wasn’t finished. Came for a Sisterlock shampoo. Was serviced by TyRee. BEST shampoo of my life and her customer service was superb!! All the products she used were absolutely amazing and left my hair feeling so cool clean and refreshed! She is the truth and her energy is amazing! I will def be back forever!! Thanks TyRee!!

I’ve been going to Ty-Ree now for 3 years and have loved every moment of my time with her. I was considering getting sisterlocs for so many years and Ty-Ree’s knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness made me take the leap of faith with her. My only regret is not getting them sooner. I highly recommend her and her salon. She’s changed my life!
