My wife is a high-risk pregnancy and we've spent dozens of hours on the phone and through email trying to get written confirmation that our hospital/OBGYN are in network. We've had countless issues from Imperial and a ton of conflicting information, and now we have been ghosted. We've also filed complaints through the state of AZ and still no response.
