I had water damage in my kitchen that involved my floors, walls, garage and the people at ICS are top notch! We met with Billy after hours, he was very kind, courteous and he immediately went to work getting the water stopped and everything dried out. My entire kitchen, dining room flooring and walls was completed redone in two weeks and before Christmas! I have never received such excellent service and quality work. I would definitely recommend iCS!
Tony and his team installed new shingles on my house. They removed the old roof, installed new shingles and were completely finished and cleaned up by the end of the day. Communication was great throughout the process, and they kept me Informed about shingle delivery and start date. My roof looks great and I would highly recommend them.
For inability to do a job on time. Team showed up whenever they felt like trash all over my yard and roofing material for weeks after completion. The team also took two-hour lunches, which I normally do not care about, but it took them 3 days to finish something guaranteed for a single day. Management called great people; I am sure others have great experiences just not myself.
