Horrible experience. Tried for over (8) months to have the work done after endorsing the estimate. We are talking very minor gutter repair; like a small 8' in length section. I called the Sales Rep multiple times and no response. I emailed the Sales Rep multiple times and no response. Called the office; they kept sending me to the Sales Rep's voicemail or took a message. For truck drivers: this place is right next to a fairly nice truck stop. During the winter if it snows noone plows the lot so you must either be extra careful cause you must back up a slight hill or you can go to the back of the building which has docks too. **** if you dont want to chance a possible icy hill then If your going east on rt. 20 right before your supposed to make the left onto grafton look to the left youll see two building with an alleyway between them..turn left into the alleyway you will see the warehouse ah... read more
