Have to come back and give a second review. After moving in I noticed that the furniture movers scuffed up the beautiful floors that Ricardo’s team had just restored and I immediately called him and asked what could be done! He said it’s no big deal, just a light sand/scuff and a fresh coat of varnish/sealer and I’ll be set. He said as long as the scratches don’t catch on your nail you’ll be fine. He sent the same crew out to my house today. They inspected the floor, showed me two areas where it won’t be smooth bc the scratc... read more

Absolutely great work. Didn’t know my floors could look so good. They also did great with keeping dust out of the rest of the house. Almost no cleaning was needed. Highly recommend.
