There is very bad communication and bully from manager- she doesn't let my little boy play- that start from his age of 2 - he couldn't play in 5 gallon swimming pool on patio and lots of penalties and notices and same time she play different level of rules for herself- she use AC, she use patio umbrella- but all others get penalties and can't use stuff, what she's normally can.
Rules don't apply to everyone only some that get harrassed. When kids are scared to even play on the property while other people's kids can break rules it's truly sad. Rules should apply to everyone, period. Cunning and arrogance is not professional. We miss our maintenance guy he was friendly and never left things half done. Moved here in 2015- C.Moore took over in 2020, so and still same sly, harassing condescending behavior.
Yeah I'm giving out bad reviews today. We have never had more plumbing problems than we have had for the past 3 years now. Every other week or it seems every 3 weeks we're getting a notice for the water being shut off because of the plumbing. We are without hot water here since Thursday night. Just two buildings because two buildings seem to be connected under one hot water heater. Like do better. The excuse is that "we're waiting on a part."
