I've been renting with this company for the past few years I haven't had any issues like ppl say on the comments. The maintenance crew are really good & hard working ppl trying accomplish there duties the office crew have been real nice to my wife & I since we moved in at Barbara worth Villa. Maybe act respectful to the crew in the office & the maintenance crew as well Maybe ppl will get better results 😉 at the end of the day....

I’ve had a few issues with fellow tenants, not following the parking policies and the landlord does a fantastic job at following up on the issue and understanding the inconvenience. It causes the tenants that are actually following the parking policies at the apartment complex.

Never answer the phone, horrible customer service, does not care about their customers, unreliable, list goes on & on.
