Buen trato
Slowest service I’ve EVER received. Was quoted a 3 hour wait for an oil change my first service and had waited 5 hours. Then, second service, was quoted 2 hours for an emissions system update and AGAIN was lied to about time and had to wait 4 and a half hours. If it were a couple of minutes over even up to an hour that could’ve been fine but over double the time told is ridiculous, they need to start being more honest
I had such a great experience purchasing my car with Erik. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process making everything feel so easy and comfortable. The whole process was also very quick and smooth. I really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car!
