Pésimo servicio al cliente, no dan una solución y no asumen sus propias responsabilidades. Aconsejo que todo sea por escrito y no crean en la palabra de los vendedores ya que no asumen sus errores. Él concesionario no da una solución. Una vez que firmas ya ellos no te pueden dar ninguna solución “usted ya firmó” esas son sus palabras. Decepcionada con el pésimo servicio al cliente y la falta de empatía con el cliente.

This is hands-down the worst place to schedule a service appointment. They are constantly running behind schedule, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of professionalism and basic respect from the staff. ​The dealership has a very small office, yet the employees gather right by the lounge to loudly gossip. My experience on a recent appointment to have my vehicle serviced was ideal. I was helped by Eddie lopez who was knowledgeable and polite. Anytime I have been helped by Eddie it has been a helpful and positive experience. The shuttle service and it's driver at Hyundai was also helpful and courteous. I was able to leave off my vehicle and then be dropped off and picked up. Overall a great experience.

I took my car for service and Eddie offered to take me home if needed I said they’d pick me up but it was ready very fast.
