Was interested in a Hyundai Santa Cruz, but quickly backed out due to it having dents on the hood and interior was very dirty. Now they won't stop calling and harassing AND they keep running my credit without unauthorization. They have ran my credit over 10 times without permission because they're mad that I took my business elsewhere. Straight up childish behavior. You will be hearing from my attorney.
No more than an hour and a half into my 16 hour road trip and I start to have car troubles! I happen to be passing through El Centro and pull up to the IV Hyundai. Flavio and the service gang came to the rescue like some super hero’s! They expedited our service while treating us like family through the process! I had to acknowledge the great service! Keep up the good work guys!

I bought my car a year ago from here and the service ever since has been amazing thus why I'm writing this review. The few times that my car has been in for service I have experienced nothing but the best from Carolina she is very professional and the best when it comes to being a service advisor she always had my car in and out as quick as possible.
