I wish I could give them zero stars! Please people take your business somewhere else. Hyundai El centro is a joke! Terrible customer service.
The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is that the staff were friendly — but that’s where the good ends. I’m seriously concerned that we’ve been scammed. Before making the drive all the way to El Centro, I was reassured multiple times that if we decided to move forward with the vehicle, they would sign a lease agreement with us that could be replaced that week by financing through our own credit union. I recently purchased a 2024 Sonata from a dealership where I experienced subpar service. Before taking the vehicle for a test drive, I noticed a Coke can in the glove box, which remained there even after I signed the contract. When I inquired about the cleanliness of the car, the staff lied to my face. Furthermore, the vehicle has bumper issues, and the dealership failed to send necessary paperwork to my bank for registration under the lien holder.
