Great experience as always with Imperial. This had to be the fastest service I’ve ever received owning a car. Appointment was 715, I was out at 7:40am. AVOID AVOID AVOID the Service Department at Imperial Toyota in Milford. This dealer went from IRA Toyota to DCH Toyota to now Imperial Toyota. Today I changed the front brakes and did not find some parts in the set. I wrote to the seller and he told me which box contains the missing parts.
