The lease is crafted to favor the landlord, leaving tenants vulnerable. When my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I had to move back home to care for her. Management refused to allow me to terminate my lease, forcing me to pay rent for months despite not residing in the property. My roommate and I were responsible for finding another tenant. Very happy with the whole experience! I have lived in the building for over a year and have had very few issues. Even when my AC broke the custodial team came right away to help us out. Honestly for the price the apartments are very nice and if you ever have any issues management is quick to resolve them.

Bad network. Spent three days dealing with wifi router switching but still broken down third time, poping out notification need to log in xfinity. There are bats in warmer days. In good cases, you can hear it moves above your head pr in the walls. In bad cases it just fly arpund inside rooms, from living room to the kitchen.
