Very happy with the whole experience! I have lived in the building for over a year and have had very few issues. Even when my AC broke the custodial team came right away to help us out. Honestly for the price the apartments are very nice and if you ever have any issues management is quick to resolve them.

Bad network. Spent three days dealing with wifi router switching but still broken down third time, poping out notification need to log in xfinity. There are bats in warmer days. In good cases, you can hear it moves above your head pr in the walls. In bad cases it just fly arpund inside rooms, from living room to the kitchen.

Lived here for 5 years and absolutely loved it. Great management, Caitlin always helps with all requests you may have. Loved that they made fitness center and business room, great amenities! Highly recommend!

I moved into a nicely renovated one-bedroom apartment, and the experience has been great so far. I only had to pay for the days after I moved in, which was halfway through the month, making it very convenient. The staff has been helpful, especially Caitlin Dreamer, who made the process smooth. Maintenance is quick to respond when needed, and the apartment is well-kept. Overall, I’m really happy with the place.
