I just moved into this building, and so far my experience has been great. The people here are friendly, and the place feels safe and secure and close everything.The management, especially Kate, is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this building.

Better business bureau, is on there pay roll! Ignores complaints and deletes negative reviews. STAY AWAY FROM UNITII Pm you will highly regret this company. Do not rent from them, They violate tenants rights. They absolutely refuse to provide tenants with proper receipts for rent paid , that is against the law . They refuse to provide a way to stop people from useing the fire lane as parking , blocking a fire lane against the law , allowing people to park within 10 feet of residential windows and intakes also against the law... read more
STAY AWAY – stressful experience, slow action, and privacy concerns My experience connected to Imperial Tower under UnitiiPM was extremely stressful. Communication felt dismissive and disrespectful, and it was difficult to get clear answers to straightforward questions.
