Terrible management doesn't care about no one.... water heaters size of a gallon jug
This place is awful, lived here for a while and I don't even know where to begin, so let's start with management; the only decent manager they had was a confirmed embezzler (she was at least nice and left you alone) but couldn't be trusted. TRACEY, the current manager has some serious mental problems and definitely doesn't have the correct temperament to be a manager of anything and is obviously not qualified, she is rude, nasty, nosey and loves to threaten tenants that she doesn't like just to do it. This is my breaker box in my kitchen, it’s been pouring water for months onto my counter which has electric outlets on it. I’ve been shocked multiple times, I’ve called many times about it and there’s not enough maintenance people to help. The landlords do nothing but make excuses, also my vents have mold growing out of them and all the landlord did was send bleach and paper towels over. Not a safe place to live been here 2 years. Nothing gets fully fixed and personal well being is secondary. I have everything documented.
I gave this appartment complex a 1 because there is no lower rating. Like in the Kungfu Panda movie there is now a level 0. I have been living here for 8 months. In that time I have gone without a functioning tub for six of those months and heating and air for all 8. My only source of heat are the emergency electric heaters in the heat pump system which are expensive and not designed for continuous use due to fire hazard.
