If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went there to get a simple tattoo (some initials with two little hearts), and it's the worst tattoo I've ever gotten. There isn't ONE straight line on either letter, and the hearts look like black dots. I will add a picture. My tattoo looks like it was done by a child. I regret ever going there. When I went back to show the artist, he blamed it on the needle and admitted it was bad ...but they did not want to give me a refund.
