This apartment is clean, quiet and well-maintained, making it a very suitable living environment. What stands out most is the excellent management and maintenance teams. They are professional, responsive and very friendly. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and the staff always do their best to assist the residents. The community atmosphere here is also a major advantage. It is strongly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live.
I used to live in a apartment in Seattle, where the management team barely cared or helped when issues came up. Imperial South is completely different — the manager team here is incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. They truly care about residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I’m so glad I moved here!
I enjoyed my time living here. Good part of town. Quiet. Management gave me the benefit of the doubt on a couple occasions. Nice having a garage. Would recommend
stayed here for several years, a peaceful place to live in surrouneded by very open and beautiful scenery. Responsive and friendly staff! (thanks to Tangie, Ryan, Ashley, and others). They tried to keep rent increase very low every year. Definitely would recommend people to come here and rent!
I've lived in Imperial south for 11 years starting college. Initially I picked here for the amazing location it offers sitting between groceries/convenience store/transportation/school, but it quickly became apparent that the maintenance of this place was flawless also. It's clean all year everywhere you look. The arguably biggest hazard in Rochester that is heavy snowfall were always taken care of with precise responses/routines and I've never once experienced any delay in personnel request for house maintenance.
