I used them and would never recommend or use this company again.. I may be wrong but i believe the proper way to clean a dryer vent is by using a brush, this company just blows out the dryer vent which in my opinion does not work as well as using a brush which most companies do.
First, their two young technicians entered my 83-year-old mother's home with NO MASKS ON! So they're going from house to house possibly spreading COVID. The technicians were also rude and pushy, insisting that the $69 vent cleaning would now be about $200 because the (6-month-old) dryer installed by Best Buy was a fire hazard. They tried telling me that Best Buy used the wrong parts for the installation. I told them no thank you because the installation was under warranty and we would have Best Buy come back. Owner is nice, but their customer service has an attitude.
They do a good job and always show up when they are suppose to be there
$49 dryer vent cleaning... found rip in the foil thing that goes from the dryer to the wall and $190 later.. $10-$15 part and in and out in 15 minutes with the check. PS the $49.00 was waived for the vent cleaning or included in the repair however you want to look at it. YES i agreed as i didn't think I could do it. My neighbor said i should have just used tape or get the handyman for $30 to do it .. it's on me .. but Really ??? I feel stupid .. too late but i certainly will not use or recommend their service
