Easy move in process!!!! Got a discount on my rent for more than 200 bucks, in addition work orders for anything that is wrong with the apartment are literally fixed within hours. Thomas Ingram has fixed everything in my apartment within 3 hours of submitting the work order. Happy to call this complex home. Friendly environment and the complex is making constant improvements to ensure the best living accommodations for residents
This the worst place ever to live it's a real nursing home with a million jail house rules, the police and ambulance come here all night long with their sirens on, you can't play your music even if its on low, it smells like poop, this the worst place to live in Southfield, they bring dogs to check for bed bugs, it's a prison inside of a prison, I can't wait till my lease is up, I'm running out this place. Set up an afternoon tour. Personnel was not prepared to give a tour. Both persons seemed like they had better things to do.
Mr Charles come to my apt today February 21 2025 to fix an issues with my Dishwasher and sink and he took care of it in a very professional manner he did an excellent job.thank you all so much and God Bless
