Exceptional service, knowledge and true family business that goes back to Armen’s grand father. We selected 3 big rugs, Armen and Aidan delivered them to the house. They also provided advice and values on our current Persian rugs. In short, a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend Imperial rug.
Took my area rug in to get cleaned. With heavy animal traffic (2 dogs and one cat that likes to claw it). Got it back smelling insanely fresh and looking brand new. Aiden was super friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Will 100% take all my rugs there in the future
