Stephan, the owner was a professional , hard working , knowledgeable guy about the roofing business. Not only did he come out during the day of the job but he helped on the job that was to take two days and was completed in one . The pricing was fair. The workers worked hard and kept the worksite clean. Thank you Imperial Roofing for doing such an awesome job. It is no wonder our neighbours two doors down hired you on the spot when they saw a job well done. I would highly recommend them.
Stefan and Mike were excellent. We were selling our house and the buyer's home inspector gave us a fairly obscure list of roof deficiencies. Mike plugged his way thru the list and fixed and documented everything. The weather was pretty nasty that day too, just to make everything a bit more difficult. Highly recommend Imperial.
December 4/24 Called Stephan about a possible leak in my roof, he drove up to Barrie and was in the attic assessing the issue within a couple of hours. It ended up being a ceiling fan issue caused by the users not his workmanship Excellent customer service, highly recommend.
0 customer service skills by the owner Had to tell his guys to clean up my front lawn as there was sharp bits of aluminum all over it They use a leaf blower to "clean up" all this does is spread the debris around the property They partially painted my furnace vent that I did not authorize and when I asked the owner to finish it all I got was attitude until he finally did it Now I found out as my neighbor had some roof work done that imperial roofing has left the wood bare unfinished where flashing should be where it transiti... read more
I cannot say enough good things about Mike, Stefan and crew. Excellent & thorough communication, always followed thru on anything they said. Quality of work was #1...in fact they went beyond initial scope of outlined tasks. Approx 1800 square ft of roofing- job - completed in 8 hours. They left my property tidier than it was when they arrived. It was a rough road with this roofing industry- prior to landing @ Imperial.
