I contacted Imperial after noticing a roof leak, and the other company didn’t return my call. Myles responded by email within a couple hours, and drove out to check out the job the same day. By the next day we had a quote in hand, and work started the following day. I’m impressed with the quality of work, as well as the fast and efficient service delivered by Myles and his crew. Will definitely recommend Imperial in the future. Thank you!
Requested a shingle to be replaced. My roof looks worse then before now. A gentleman by the name of Myles didn't seem to have an issue with the workmanship from the pictures i sent him on my phone. He didn't bother to follow up in person to rectify the issue. They don't care about small jobs. Shop around please
Imperial Roofing is amazing! I needed a new roof done because the old roof started leaking. Their customer service was incredible! We got three separate companies to provide quotes, Imperial was not only the first to provide their quote (literally the following day after I called) but they also were the best quote. Have had a nagging intermittent leak problem during driving rains for a while, and based on other very positive reviews, contacted Imperial Roofing to see if they could figure it out. Myles came out and had a look at the roof, and then inside the attic, but unfortunately, the rain had stopped and he saw nothing obvious, but applied some possible fixes anyway. Myles made sure that I was "in the loop" regarding all elements of the project, from installing an emergency tarp to completing the job in a timely and professional manner.
