Big thanks to Wayne with Imperial who toured us through a bunch of different properties with different owners. We eventually settled on a building managed by Imperial as the building was close to the train and had abundant parking along with the lowest rent of all the buildings we saw. The building engineer and property manager introduced themselves to our staff and clearly know how to run an office building well.
