Do not do business with them, they are all about the fine print of their contracts, and will do everything to squeeze every single dollar possible. If you do be sure to read it carefully, they hide their tenants portal making it non searchable on Google, lack costumer service, reply late to your emails and simply will not cooperate with you in any possible way. I will not do nor recommend any further business with them.
Total lack of professionalism and courtesy. I saw a few spaces in one of their buildings after some confusion and phone calls, as their agent Ryan went to the wrong building at the time we had set to meet.
