Avoid at all costs Every time there is a season change (Summer to fall, Winter to Spring) The HVAC will not work for at least a week, making the offices unusable. The property managers will state that it is beyond their control and the building owners will refuse to provide abatement for the days that the suite was not usable. I lease in markets across the country. Imperial Realty is the ONLY company that has this issue.
Imperial Realty Group is honestly a joke. I’ve never seen a business treat potential customers with this level of disrespect. Their representative, Ryan, was extremely unprofessional — talking over me, not letting me speak, and even hanging up the call. I was simply trying to rent an office, and it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying away. Completely unprofessional and amateur behavior.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Imperial Royalties regarding an office at 4433 W Touhy Ave, Lincolnwood, IL was extremely unprofessional. From the very first conversation, Ryan behaved in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. They do a decent job of being a corporate landlord
Do not do business with them, they are all about the fine print of their contracts, and will do everything to squeeze every single dollar possible. If you do be sure to read it carefully, they hide their tenants portal making it non searchable on Google, lack costumer service, reply late to your emails and simply will not cooperate with you in any possible way. I will not do nor recommend any further business with them.
