They do not fix work orders in a timely manner, if at all. If your property comes up missing from your apartment they will accuse the kids in the neighborhood of breaking in and robbing you. Make sure you take pictures of everything before you move out; and MAKE SURE TO BE PRESENT During Walk Thru/ DEPARTURE OF THE PROPERTY!!! They will tack on extra fees if you aren’t present! I love living here ! I love the landlords as well , they are very respectful to me and fix every issue I come across MOST of the time …. and answers all of my questions, I’ve never had a problem with the new management at all! Very spacious , outside pool and basketball goal and playground for kids ! I’ve been here for almost 3 years now ! With no complaints 😍❤️🫶🏽 The Only thing I wish they would do is take the carpet out and put in hard wood floors like the new Residents get because the carpet is filthy for us old reside... read more
Absolutely terrible. Really deserved zero stars. I hope anyone looking to move here reads all the terrible reviews. Lived there for 2 years and the new management is disgustingly rude. Brag about evicting people. I had a garbage disposal leak and they took so long to come check it out that it caused mold to grow under the sink which nothing was ever done about in the time I lived there. I am very familiar with Imperial Pointe and have witnessed different managements run this place over the course of 10 years. However this most recent management team is by far the worst. As someone whose left and went to college but whose family lives here the horror stories I’ve heard are completely unacceptable and inhumane. 1) The new landlord planned a parking lot reconstruction and gave all tenants a date to remove all cars from the property.
