After speaking with Steve, I sent some pictures and promptly received a proper scope of work for what needed to be done - including installation, removal, correcting venting issues and some additional plumbing fixes to support a proper installation. This company is without a doubt the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Not only are they unprofessional, rude, and unreliable, but they are highly overpriced. They tried to scam me for over $1,000. I was told they could fix my problem for $300 and when they arrived late they pulled the bait and switch. They said that they couldn't fix my problem for $300 and now it would cost me over $3,000. They were rude, unprofessional and a sham. The Imperial team recently completed the installation of a new three-zone gas boiler and indirect hot water tank, replacing our 30+ year-old boiler and aging hot water heater.
