Toby came to replace my water heater. He is a very funny & knowledgeable guy. Explained everything that was going to be done. Then came back a few days later to clean out my dryer vents (we talked about my dryer taking a long time to dry my clothes) & it was super clogged. I am very thankful. Will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs

Discovered a leak on Saturday got Imperial’s contact information and text them on Sunday afternoon and started diagnosing the issue on the phone. They arrived and had the leak identified and fixed with a couple of hours. Great communication and people to work with.
Great experience from start to finish, Toby is very experienced, easy to work with, professional and efficient. Also worth mentioning he drove out during the Jan 2026 freeze to replace my water heater. I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing.
