Toby and Ethan performed a gas leak test, not only were they polite and friendly, they performed very professionally, keeping me informed all along the process. It is possibly the first time that a business truly does have their customer at heart. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I am so grateful for Imperial Plumbing! During the freeze in January my backflow device broke and I’ve been “ghosted” by multiple companies. I left a voicemail on a Sunday night around 7:30 PM and got a call back from Toby within 30 mins. He was so kind and helpful, quoted me on the phone and said he could be out as early as the next day. He checked in first thing in the morning and Sam was out at my home that afternoon and had everything fixed within 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the whole experience! Website says they do sink replacements. Called for sink replacement and they said they don’t do it. Asked if they could recommend someone and the lady hung up on me?? Worst customer service.
