When I tell you living in this place is genuinely painful, please believe me and save your money. Let's start with reasons that will affect you daily from least to most bothersome. EDIT: and point no. 5. but most important point: Also to add the building has been flooded for 3 weeks now, there still haven’t been any repairs made by the management except putting tarp on the entire 3 floors most affected. Management is extremely incompetent and lazy, there was a flood 2 weeks ago, all the doors are broken, walls are broken, the apartments are damp and disgusting, reek of mold, yet nothing has been done for over 2 weeks to even start the repairs. Please be careful if you enter into the floors to come with a mask as you could catch lung diseases due to mold and moisture filled air otherwise which is what most of us have been living with for half a month now, despite paying premiums on this so called “luxury” apartment complex

Living here is like living your worst nightmare every day.
