Had a reservation with Jesse and Imperial Party Bus Friday of Memorial weekend 2020. Canceled due to COVID and stated we would like to reserve same day 2021. Called in March 2021 to reconfirm as it had been a year later. Jesse picked up said all things sounded good but he wasn't at his calendar and asked that i send him a text with the details so he could confirm no issues or conflicts and so he could place it in his calendar. Rented the largest limo style party bus for a friends 40th & Jesse could not have been more helpful or accommodating from start (initial phone call) to finish (even helping us lift our coolers off the bus)....hopefully was able to clean up from our wild dance party. We could not have asked for a better bus than the one Imperial Bus provided for our wedding. The bus was massive, squeaky clean, came with built in coolers, and a Bluetooth synced stereo system. From our first call to the big day, Imperial’s employees were attentive, flexible, and easy-going and I can’t thank them enough for showing up big on our special day.
Efficient, clean, professional yet fun and easy going! Would definitely use them again!
We rent a party bus every year for Packer games and I can say that this is the best company I have ever dealt with. Super clean bus, polite driver and on time! We will be using them from now on.
